Look at that tan!

About a month ago, I went on a trip to Philadelphia with my boyfriend so we could see his team, the Colts, play against the Eagles. Silly us, we forgot to pack sunscreen. Instead of being intelligent adults, we said "We'll deal, we won't get burned too badly!"

Fast forward six hours later, and we're driving two and a half hours home with sun poisoning. A few days later, when it started to tan over, I realized how AWKWARD my tan lines were.

Lucky for me - I had received the Sally Hansen Airbrush legs lotion sample to review a few days prior from Influenster! Using the Airbrush legs is pretty simple - just rub a little onto your legs, and blend! I'm extremely pale usually, so blending took a few minutes in order to achieve a more "natural look," but I got there with minimal effort. Definitely recommend!

Longer Lashes? I'm not so sure.

So, I had been using the Fysiko Longer Lashes for a few months now, and I honestly can't see a difference. I thought maybe it was just me looking at myself every day, so it doesn't seem different... so I compared my current photo with my before photo...still not sure I can see a difference. I remember reading in the pamphlet when I first started, and it said there is a small percent of people it doesn't have any affect on. Guess it was worth a shot! I'll try it another month or so, and see if there's any change.

So a few months ago, I looked into a website a few friends told me about called Influenster. I liked the premise...receive products, and review them. I, personally, hate buying anything new. Especially when no one I know has tried the product. So here, I'll use this avenue to review the lovely products I get to try!


My very first product to sample was the Fysiko lash growth serum. I started it about a month ago. Honestly, it's super easy to use. It goes on just like liquid eyeliner. I worked it into my daily routine pretty easily - just apply it as soon as I get out of the shower, or wash my face in the morning. As far as I can tell, it definitely seems l ok ke my lashes are growing, but I'm not sure if I'm just tricking myself into thinking it's working. I still have a few more months to finish the trial on this product, so we'll see. Wish me luck!
